Terms & Conditions – 88fd Online Betting Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

88fd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm the identity and age of all Players. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any of the following stages:

• During the registration process, before your Account is activated.
• Before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• When your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds specified thresholds as determined by 88fd's internal compliance procedures.
• At any time 88fd has a reasonable basis to request re-verification of your identity.

Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Termination by 88fd: 88fd may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect if you are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms, if required to do so for regulatory or compliance reasons, or if 88fd determines that continued operation of your Account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or to other Players. In cases of termination for breach, any Balance associated with the breaching activity may be forfeited.
